Free and open to all, the Symposium encourages a comprehensive review of the current state of our watershed while creating learning and networking opportunities for a broad array of stakeholders. David Eckhoff

Dr. David W. Eckhoff, PhD, PE has over fifty years of experience in Civil and Environmental Engineering.  He has held positions in government, consulting engineering practice, teaching and research.  He headed the ASCE-Utah 2015 Infrastructure Report Card Project.
